Our new house~

Since January we have been looking for a house.

We have been growing out of our small apt for years now.

We wanted to find a house in Yucaipa, close to where we live

now and in our same ward.

We looked and looked....a couple houses we liked and put

offers on but didn't get them.

Then we started looking in Beaumont...the houses are cheaper there but

its pretty far from our jobs.

We put 4 offers on houses out there but didn't get any of them either.

Then one day I was looking at the list of houses and saw this one.

I loved the outside of the house, but with our experience in the past

the houses that looked good on the outside were striped on the inside.

When we walked in this house, both Mark and I knew this house was perfect for us.

The carpets need cleaning and the walls need paint, but other then that it was perfect.

So we put an offer on it.

The next day the listing agent selling the house said she was submitting our offer to the bank as the one and only offer.

She said we should know next week if our offer was accepted....10 weeks later we got the answer.

We should be closing escrow next week.

We are so excited and cant wait to move.

This house is on a cul-d-sac and in the girls school boundaries.

We feel extremely blessed. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all our blessings.

I am getting really anxious to move in.

I pray all this last minute paper work stuff all gets done on time :)

I love how the outside of this house looks....soooo cute.

We love this fireplace.

I think this will be our Christmas Cards next year :)

Our kitchen...its like 3 times as big as our kitchen now.
