Advent Calendar

I found this idea off Pinterest. 

My friend and I decided to get together to make one for each of us

We went to Joann's and bought a wood board.

This one is 12x24 I think

We also bought scrapbook paper that we liked.

We cut out squares of paper and I used my Silhouette Machine to

cut out the numbers. 

We glued it to the board using Modge Podge.

Then we made the top.  I used my Silhouette Machine again. 

This is my friends board

I LOVE how she did her board. 

When I was at Joann's they had these wood tags.

I bought 25 of them.

I found pictures in the Friend and Ensign of Jesus or at the

Dessert Bookstore. Using Modge Podge we glued on the pictures.

We also typed up on the back of each tag, something to

do each day leading up to Christmas.

For example,  go see  Christmas Light, wrap presents, make cookies ect.

Each day had a scripture to read as well.
