We are soooo happy to finally be in our new house.
We put an offer on this house back in February.
We waited and waited to get the short sale approval.
We had one problem after another with this house. It was a long, horrible, 4 months.
But....so worth it in the end.
On our way to Florida we finally closed escrow and the sale was final.

The girls LOVE their rooms.
Kaitlin loves her purple room. I think the color is a little darker purple then
what I thought it would be, but I think it still turned out good.
We are so happy.

Wow! What a difference the paint makes! It looks great, and I am so happy you are moved in and loving it.
