New Years Eve

On New Year's Eve Day...we went t Amy's house to play.

She has a sweet cul-d-sac she lives on. So it is great for the kids to ride bikes on their outside toys. Kaitlin was really excited to ride her skateboard at Amy's house.

When we first got to Amy's this is how Kaitlin looked for the first 30 mins....

Guess why she is crying?

Amy's driveway didnt have a good enough slant for her to ride her skateboard.

I asked her if she wanted me to lift up her driveway so it would have a slant.

She still continued to cry and have a complete melt down.

Thank goodness for her best friend Sammy.

She talked Kaitlin into skateboarding down the street because as it turns out there is a little slant on the street. DUH!!! I swear the things these kids cry about.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Mark went to the store and bought a bunch of yummie for us on New Years Eve.

We had a friend over and watched movies and played games.

The kids stayed up till 9pm. They were troopers.
